The process starts with an assessment, during which your provider will examine your teeth and talk to you about your goals. From there, they’ll apply the veneers, which are attached to the tops of your teeth to give them an updated shape and surface.

Before permanently placing the veneers, which are created in a special lab after your assessment, Dr. Rozenberg and her team may need to reshape your teeth slightly.

Smile makeover basics

Smile makeovers may go a bit deeper than smile lifts to give you the look you desire. The treatment is customized to address a range of issues using treatments that make the most sense for you, such as:

The process starts with an oral hygiene exam and treatment for any current issues, such as cavities or a gum infection. And then, the treatments begin. You may have one or more at a time, depending on the treatment type. Dental implants, for example, take a while from start to finish and require several appointments. Tooth whitening or veneers, on the other hand, can be completed in a single appointment.
